How to request the free pick-up and delivery service of your electric vehicle

Please note: Choosing this option the bank transfer will be executed at least two days before the delivery date.

Once correctly completed, you will be contacted the day before the delivery to confirm the service.

The pick-up and delivery service is free in: Milan city and surroundings, and in the province of Monza and Brianza.

The service can be requested also from other Italian provinces: contact us for more information and to discover transport costs.

The diagnostic, necessary for understanding the scope of the repair, costs €20.00 (taxes excluded). It is a cost requested only in the case that the repair cannot be executed. The cost is not requested if the quote is accepted and the repair is fully carried out.

Day of service and pick-up: the pick-up/delivery service occurs on Mondays.
