Reserving the service is very intuitive: just write us an email, indicating the address of the pick-up/delivery of the vehicle and contact information, inserting in the subject line “Delivery Service”

PAYMENT

The payment for the pickup and delivery service can be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Bank transfer to n° IT08 M087 1614 8000 0002 4101 924 (indicate “service delivery” in the Reason area)

Please specify “delivery service” in the transfer reference)

Once the payment process is completed, you will be contacted by our team the day before the scheduled pickup/delivery for confirmation.

SERVICE AREAS

The pickup and delivery service in Metropolitan area of Milan and in Monza and Brianza province is available at a total cost of €30.

This service can also be requested for other Italian provinces. Please contact us for more information and to learn about the applicable transport costs.

CONDITIONS

In addition to the €30 transport fee, please consider the repair assessment by our technicians. The diagnostic evaluation, essential to determine the scope of the repair, has a cost of €20. This fee only applies if you choose not to proceed with the repair. If you accept the estimate and the repair work is completed, this diagnostic fee will be waived.

Service and Pickup Day: Pickup and delivery will take place on Monday. Should there be any changes to the scheduled day, our team will notify you in advance.
